$100 gift card for you

$200 gift card for your friend or family member

If you have undergone vision correction surgery with the Visian® ICL™, you know why the fast results, short recovery time, and high rate of patient satisfaction make this the refractive procedure of choice for so many patients. Why not share the benefits of vision correction with Visian ICL with your friends and family? We are pleased to offer an ICL Patient Referral Program, with rewards for both the referring and the referred patient. This means that you can help another person enjoy the gift of clearer sight while also enjoying a gift yourself.

Share Your Visian ICL Experience

Helping a friend or family member to enjoy the benefits of Visian ICL is simple to do. Once the patient you referred has ICLs implanted and confirms his or her information, you will both receive a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift card in the mail.

By simply referring a friend to receive Visian ICLs after you have paid for your own ICLs, you will receive a $100 gift card. Your referred friend will receive a $200 gift card, which can be used to help offset the cost of their ICL surgery.*

How to Redeem Your Gift Card

To claim your gift card, all you need to do is select from the options below, then complete the form so that a representative of STAAR Surgical can confirm that both the referring and the referred patient received the Visian ICL procedure.

Important Safety Information

The Visian ICL lens is intended to correct/reduce nearsightedness between -3.0 up to -20.0 D and treat astigmatism from 1.0 D to 4.0 D. If you have nearsightedness within these ranges, Visian ICL surgery may improve your distance vision without eyeglasses or contact lenses. Because the Visian ICL corrects for distance vision, it does not eliminate the need for reading glasses, you may require them at some point, even if you have never worn them before. Since implantation of the Visian ICL is a surgical procedure, before considering Visian ICL surgery you should have a complete eye examination and talk with your eye care professional about Visian ICL surgery, especially the potential benefits, risks, and complications. You should discuss the time needed for healing after surgery. Complications, although rare, may include need for additional surgical procedures, inflammation, loss of cells from the back surface of the cornea, increase in eye pressure, and cataracts. You should NOT have Visian ICL surgery if your doctor determines that 1) the shape of your eye is not appropriate, 2) you do not meet the minimum endothelial cell density for your age at the time of implantation, or 3) your vision is not stable; or if you are pregnant or nursing.
